Are you passionate about helping others navigate complex processes with care and precision? We're looking for a Bilingual Case Manager to join our growing team in Miami. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and thrives in a fast-paced legal/medical environment.

About the Role:
As a Case Manager, you will support clients throughout their legal and medical journeys—specifically involving Examinations Under Oath (EUOs) and Independent Medical Exams (IMEs). You’ll be the liaison between clients, attorneys, and medical providers, ensuring every detail is handled accurately and professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule EUOs and IMEs, ensuring all notices are sent promptly and accurately

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to monitor medical treatment and case updates

  • Request, track, and organize medical records, reports, and billing documentation

  • Review medical documentation for completeness and accuracy

  • Provide clear, timely updates to clients regarding their case status

  • Maintain well-organized and compliant case files according to company procedures


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • 1+ year of experience in case management, medical/legal support, or a related field

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • A high level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail

  • Ability to start immediately and work in a fast-paced environment
